"I wish there was a lower rating to give this agent would get -100. We have been with State Farm for over 2 decades and this agent was the worst I ever dealt with. In July we approached him to get a quote for a new home we were looking at. Steven incorrectly moved coverage to new home and caused our current homeowner policy to terminate without any notification. We were very fortunate in not having an incident. 2 months later our mortgage company notified us of this issue and we found this agent billed incorrect address. Whats worse is this guy could not even own up his mistake or apologize. He stopped answering phones/emails left tons of messages. Also visited his office but no show. Honestly shocked at how the company State Farm does business when I called them directly they said only an agent can make changes. I am still waiting to see if they ever refund my annually pre paid policy. Needless to say we moved to another carrier but in the duration in between carriers we were extremely stressed and worried about touching even a gas dryer or stove worried about all kinds of accidents. FORGOT to mention: All current customers be aware, when giving us a quote he used some other family's information instead of ours so our personal phone no's/emails are all open for circulation with this guy."

"I never leave one star reviews. My wife and I had horrible experiences while dealing with Steven and his team. Time and again we would make a request and have verbal confirmation but zero changes were made to our policies. They couldn’t even cancel our policy correctly. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced."

I can see that it took four days for your wife's request to be submitted, processed and updated in the system which is within the expected turnaround time frame for such requests. "Mr. and Mrs. Snoha and State Farm has provided me and my family with excellent service and very competitive rates. I left my last insurance company because they were having difficulty managing my home, auto and rental property needs effectively. It has now been several years and I have never had issues with any of these that are under the care of Mr. Snoha."
